BTW, an update for everyone: I did indeed leave a negative feedback for the first order I placed. drummingforever is my account. I also "filed claims" (the first step of which contacts the seller) He refunded all but one of my orders (I had ordered 6 games between 4 orders). Here is an exchange of several messages between us:

Hello. I find it very hard to believe that everything is "legit". How in the world are you able to make money off of these games? Are they actual Microsoft copies of xbox games? NTSC versions? I bought games from you on a few different orders and for some, I got an email like 20 minutes afterward saying they had "been shipped". Not only that, the time was way past when a mailing place, particularly USPS, would be open. Please give me some explanations or I will be leaving you a negative feedback tomorrow to deter others from this scam.

I have seen this all too many times and I can not let other people lose their money to a scam artist like yourself.
