@relkin: How detrimental are scenarios like that? Also, I was reading how sometimes the outcome of your choices doesn't always line up with your choices in a way that can feel random and disjointed. Anyone else ever get that feeling? How common is it? etc etc

Been thinking about picking this up, but just want to make sure I know what I'm in for.

I dunno I feel Bethesda, Activision, EA or any other notable publisher with a large voice isn't going to ignore this news. At all.

Bethesda was like just out there saying they would like FO76 to be crossplatform. I don't think their execs are reading this news and flipping to the next story. No, them mofos are emailing and calling Sony trying to set up a meeting and see what's up.

Then you have folks like the Rocket League dudes who have been screaming "WE CAN LITERAALY HAVE THIS UP AND RUNNING IN LIKE AN HOUR" for years. they don't have as much pull as a Fortnite or a Bethesda obviously but you better goddamn believe this story is gonna get them trying to talk Sony too.

Sure, I don't think much of anything else will come out of this right away but if the floodgates aren't open by late next year I would be shocked.

• Jet Set Radio Future - Probably never gonna happen because music licensing.
• GunValkyrie - Probably no one at Sega even remembers this game existed.
• Project Sylpheed - Definitely no one at Square Enix remembers this game existed.

She's completely harmless etc etc whatever, but a lot of the fanart I've seen is just wack as far as I'm concerned. Not much else to say. It's largely just "who can draw her tits the best in a sexy pose."

My most anticipated game of the year right here. Had the special edition preordered forever, but just cancelled it recently. Looks kinda cheapish if I'm being honest and it's probably gonna end up in a box of game stuff in my closet anyway so might as well save some money. Instead, I just ordered the game from Gamestop because it comes with a real dumb hat at no extra cost that I will gladly wear while playing, but the kicker is it'll probably be a few days late so that sucks, but whatever.

• Symphony of the Night
• Suikoden II
• Breath of Fire IV

Symphony is practically a given if you ask me. If any one of those others make it, I would be flabbergasted.

I'm really liking this whole mini-console craze, so I welcome this idea with open arms too. The only problem really is I'm 200% positive the games loaded onto this thing will not be the games I would have chosen therefore making it a hard sell for me at anything over $50-60ish.

Going thru the news at work on my phone and seeing that Animal Crossing was announced was exciting enough, lord knows I've been clamoring for that franchise to come to Switch. Then I saw FFX, X-2, and XII which are three of my favorite FF games and I lost my shit. Then I guess they wanted to give me a heart attack by announcing World of Final Fantasy because that's just one of my favorite games ever at this point and an updated version for the Switch is the perfect excuse to play it again.

So yeah, guess I'm buying a Switch on Nov 6 (I might end up waiting until Black Friday to be honest, but you get the point...). This was a good Direct. Today was a good day.

I'm not picky when it comes to pizza. For me, the shit comes in like two tiers: "good enough" and "holy shit, this is amazing." I eat the latter so rarely because it's either expensive or doesn't deliver to me so, I kinda don't give a shit about it.

Anywho, I voted for Pizza Hut just because it's the one I've eaten from the most and it's always served it's purpose. I fuck with their wings too, but it can be a gamble because it's like 33% of the time you get the tiny ass reject wings that could barely feed a toddler let alone a grown ass adult. Also, every now and then they have some pretty bomb special pizzas with crazy topping combos and crust or some shit. Only downside to Pizza Hut for me is my local one discontinued anchovies and I fucking loooooove anchovies.

The secret top tier pizza though is Costco, but they don't deliver so I guess they don't count for this. Still though, nothing beats getting a big ass XL pizza for like $10.

Playing a bunch of stuff at the moment: Master Chief Collection, DMC4, Enter the Gungeon, Warframe

Looking forward to: Valkyria Chrocnicles and Soul Calibur 6...aaand that's about it as far as unreleased games go. I guess the Dark Souls Trilogy technically counts too, but that's more of a special collection of three games you can literally go buy right now. I'm waiting for the inevitable B2G1 free sale that some store is bound to have between now and Black Friday so I can pick up some combination of Divinity 2, Banner Saga Trilogy, Dragon Quest XI, Witch & the Hundred Knight 2, and Shadows Awakening.
