I can't speak for everyone, but of the little I do know, Phoenix and Dorm should be the top 2 on the Marvel list with Phoenix as #1 and Dorm as #2.
 
As for Capcom, I would imagine Morrigan would be number 1. I can't speak much for Amaterasu though, but considering she's a god, I assume she's also a viable top choice.
