@coafi the reason to put this game on steam is the same reason to put any game on steam. Exposure. They made this game to be experienced by other people, that's usually why creators make art / games / music. Steam is the correct place to get exposure to the largest audience.

To the general topic, I agree that sexism is the wrong reason to upvote this game. The harassment is douchbaggery at its finest. Particularly those who ring her with sexually harassing phone calls. I will defend anyone's right to post a game on Steam, no one is guaranteed my vote, but they're not wrong to ask for a view. Those who decided harassment was the proper response, rather than a down vote if they didn't like it and possibly constructive criticism about why can please leave the internet.

I've been meaning to play the game for a while, and I'll cast my vote once I've given it a go.

I've heard bad things about the VGAs. I've never watched them. I read the stuff about how they were changing to format so I decided to take a look. I don't and never have enjoyed lowbrow humor unless it's well executed. I switched off after 5 minutes. I didn't even get to the bit where they started talking about video games (I skipped the 15 minutes pre-show stuff).

I don't think the show has to be serious, I don't think they can't poke fun at things. I however don't find anything humorous about a man talking about how he's contractually forbidden from taking his pants off, or how the female orgasm is fake.

As always this comes down to my taste in humor, but I certainly wasn't sticking around for 3 hours of that.

The time is now two and a half hours out for my time zone (Australian Central Daylight Savings Time).

How does the system detect time zones as it's always put me as Australian Eastern Standard Time, when I'm Central (and mainland Australia has at various times between three and five time zones as several states / territories do not go to Daylight Savings times).

I would really like to have an option in my profile to set my time zone, and to have that reflected in the site. I can do maths, and I have to, but each time daylight savings starts / ends I have to guess what the adjustment will be. It would be easier if the adjustment isn't accurate to have times shown as a set timezone (Pacific or whatever options the US has I guess) so that I can go, right now we're at +10:30 and Pacific is at -8. As it is, the system is trying to set it to my time zone and failing, and I have no way of knowing until the countdown timer starts at the top of the screen what time zone.

I realize that implementing a user set timezone system, and adapting the site to it would not be a trivial enhancement. Consider this a vote for having it added, and the above the reason why the current implementation fails for me. Until then and going into the future I will still watch an enjoy your content whether or not this gets changed.
