This is a GDC presentation by the GOW3 devs on PS3 game programming.
This is an amazing look on SPU use in games and insight to PS3 processing in games. You'll learn something about what the big thing about Cell is as well(kind of important lol). One thing you will notice is how the system performance for GOW3 is hovering around 50% or lower on the system which gives you quite a look at what is possible.
