This probably belongs in the rage thread but, I'll add three things. First Dante is used a lot because a lot of people like DMC, second you randomly press buttons cool things happen and third he's a easy character to use (Sure he has 289892 million moves but you don't need more than 3 really).
Wow... Another rage thread... I guess I could say the usual "Practice and you'll get better" or "Study the attacks your opponent is using and look to see if you have a counter to it" but every time I give advise the thread turns into "Fighting game community is filled with jerks" so... Screw it. You have no patience then don't play fighters!
Sentinel isn't that bad... Look at this video it might help...
And those are only a few counters to Sentinel there are a lot more that he didn't mention, you just have to look at your team and know what to do and when to do it.
@MooseyMcMan: Actually it's not just you when you press the button really fast, as in press and release the game is registering two inputs. It's called negative edge or something like that...
If you don't rage after a stupid lost then you're doing it wrong! Seriously everyone who plays games, play because you want to win. Casual or competitive, doesn't matter everyone has more fun if they win and less fun if they lose. (Not saying you won't have fun losing but, you'll have more fun winning)
