I'll probably play in the third-person view point in an another playthrough. 

If some smug comment by a  snarky jackass (I admit that he's quite funny at sometimes) really emotional effect you, then you need help. No offence, but you really need to see a shrink.

Far Cry 2

I depends on the length of the single-player. If it's about 10 to 12 hours of length, then yes. If it was 4 to 5 hours (Modern Warfare 2) or 6 to 7 hours (Like Call of Duty 4), then no, but I would rent it. Then again, if the game's multi-player was as broken and unbalanced as Modern Warfare 2, I wouldn't even rent it.
