Sweet salvation...

Great joy and conflagulations; the Endurance Runs are up!

The sources of so much joy and fury...
The sources of so much joy and fury...

...retroactively as well, I see now.

This is all very good, not only for me and my addiction, but it started looking almost like the unruly masses were a few breaths away from a digital riot... While I shared their pain, I couldn't really share their misdirected passion. I started wondering why an obstruction to the weekdaily updates would cause such panic. I know I can't answer for the other members of this splendid community, especially not the ones who after less than half a days delay immediately started jumping to conspiratorial conclusions that the publishers or other people connected to the game had demanded a stop and removed content and whatnot, and that this was indeed the definite end of this ER...

Anyway, I know that I enjoy having something fairly constant to look forward to, especially since I'm studying, and mainly writing essays and projects at the moment. But it's not just the routine aspect of it all, the important part is to get to look forward to something, experience joy, get some satisfaction, to finally start looking forward to the next one again...

I probably had more points to make when I started writing here, but I have been watching the runs while typing, so... But what I want to convey is that, especially in this age, we need all the christmases we can get.
