It works really well(Just tried it out for an hour), I'm actually pretty impressed with the service right now, although it does occasionally have the split sec lag. They def need to get into marketing this because have not heard of this service in any other place but the net. For now, I'd suggest you try it out, its pretty cool to just play stuff without having to download the demo, instant playing is quite convenient. However, I too enjoy owning a hard copy and I would def not spend any money on this, however..that doesn't go for anything and if this service can tap into the right market, they may do alright.
Kinect seems to be the more monetary choice, but from every video I've seen it looks unresponsive as hell....as for the Move, it simply mimics the wii motion plus,...which is a good thing in terms of motion controls, however I believe a majority of people already own a Wii and the whole novelty of playing games with using a "chuk and mote" is gone. I think we'll see the 360 dominate when comparing the PS3 and 360, in terms of sales.... but as for either having an impact like the Wii motion controls....don't expect it.
