@EVO: I tried the demo for Uncharted 1 and really hated the controls. I have yet to try the full game. So Uncharted (and its sequal) isn't high on my want list. Hopefully there is a good solid Uncharted 2 demo soon.
Well I could get both Borderlands and Brutal Legend, or I can get one and wait for the other to drop in price a bit (chances are I will own both eventually). I'm going to try the Batman demo later, I already played through the Brutal Legend demo and it was quite funny (even though I'm not a fan of metal).
I did find a friend of mine that is also interested in Borderlands so I might lean that way for coop.

I have $10 promo credit toward a game shipped by amazon this month. I'm having a hard time choosing one in particular, was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. As of now the few I've looked into are Borderlands (Oct 20), Brutal Legend (Oct 13), and Batman: Arkham Asylum.
True that its up to me and my tastes but I still intend look into suggestions :)
Every episode from 1 and playing along (I'm about a week behind them as I try to get my TV visits done in a day :), I'm about 10 levels higher than them though )
No base construction? That was my favorite part :( I loved playing skirmishes and just making a massive base and a huge army over time then attacking en masse. I've played pretty much every C&C since red alert.
So disappointing, I do think this should have been a spin-off series. Its like they are trying to make a C&C DOTA with a construction yard instead of a hero unit.
I saw the whole live stream but I don't remember them going there, though I guess I might not have been paying complete attention. I thought I heard them saying that they saw it on some tours that were not recorded.
