I don't understand why they don't just make a sequel to FF7 if they are insistent on changing so much.

And I officially retract any requests I've made for any type of FF6 remake.

I'm sure there is constant "talk of changes" backstage since there are 30+ people involved with creative so I wouldn't take it too seriously.

Sometimes I wonder if I would have still liked the original characters if I first played Street Fighter 2 when I was 20 instead of 10. I like maybe 10% of "new" characters after 2.

Pro wrestlers are dropping left and right. AJ Styles was just officially removed from the ongoing NJPW Tag League tour. His back is in really bad shape with a herniated disc. He is scheduled to wrestler Jay Lethal at ROH's FInal Battle on December 18 and, of course, also scheduled to wrestle Shinsuke Nakamura at NJPW's Wrestle Kingdom 10 on January 4. NJPW announced that he will return for WK10 but the ROH date is in the air.

Interesting that they decided to change the battle system. Looks good, regardless.

That was a good show. That's crazy if it is true that Konami's lawyers prevented Kojima from even attending the event. Jade Raymond's sick burn on Kiefer was inspiring. Cool to see Psychonauts 2 actually happening, even if it isn't being funded with Notch's Minecraft money. The Iwata stuff was really touching. Dead Mouse was boring. If they had to pick a song from MGS V to play why couldn't it be Sins of the Father?

Anyway, yeah, I liked it. Keighley gets way too much shit for just wanting to put out a decent awards show.
