Favorite games of all time

An ever-growing list of my #1 game picks of all time.

List items

  • If I was forced to choose my number one game of all time, t'would be Bioshock. For so many reasons.

  • The reigning king of all JRPG's for me. Despite having superb reviews, I still felt it underrated. Perfect in every way, another game that I can't say enough good things about.

  • Trying to remove from the list As I consider Halo as one game

  • One word: multiplayer. The sequels for me have made the game quite stale. I'm still waiting for my halo/modern warfare hybrid. I want a call of duty in the sci-fi advancement sense of halo

  • 1 2 and 3

  • Another one of my favorite Rpg's of all time

  • I played back in the early days. I quit before they really started changing the game, so really I only consider this as ending with Wrath of the Lich King, before Cataclysm came out.

  • I was never a Metal Gear Solid fan until I played this one, buying into the hype of all the perfect Reviews. It helped bring me into the world of stealth with its superb level design

  • The best boss-fight game of all time. The game has a hard learning curve, so you can really only learn to appreciate the game after you've killed your first Yian kut-ku, which is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. It's a shame that such a hard challenge so early in the game has put so many people off, but once you get passed that initial test, it's like a whole new world opens up.

  • This Rpg surprised me, as multiple times playing throughout the story, when I thought it was going to end, it just kept going. There is no one thing I can pick about any of these games, so much as it is the package as a whole that makes them truly great

  • One of the best action adventure games of all time, that stemmed multiple superb sequels, but none can top the originality of when this game first game out.

  • The moment you encounter your first colussi is breathtaking
