I Think you found Bobby Kotick's only weakness. An internet petition. Surely now he will cave and stop making shitholes of money to be nice to the loyal consumer.
I will possibly finish my second play through of Assassins Creed with all of the flags or finish BioShock on survivior. Who knows. Not much time due to work commitments. =/
As of late, I have found myself to be somewhat addicted to Guitar Hero: World Tour. Not because of the in-game content, but for the sheer thrill of mastering a rather awesome rock tune on the expert difficulty (for experts). However, 5 hours of daily gameplay has taken it's toll on my wrist, leading to a potential sprain. If you find that you tend to be a childish person, I have got the symptoms of "wankers cramp". Undoubtedly, RockBand offers a much better overall gaming experience and for that I love it. But GH has something that RB lacks at this moment in time. The Fun Factor. RB is a very serious game, filled with many well known and challenging songs such as Panic Attack by Dream Theater ( It is "theater" because they are American). But during a party, when everyone is starting to get bored, the one game that you can rely on is GH:WT. The sheer light heartedness of the setlist, which includes songs such as "La Bamba" and "The Touch" is guaranteed to lighten the mood. Now, I'm not hating on RB because I do love it, but I prefer GH due to the ability to include everyone, even the small with its beginner difficulty. But the sheer size of the "Hero" fanchise has led it to incorperate "DJ Hero". So I have a question for all of you "bombers". Will "DJ Hero" ruin the "Hero" franchise?
On a recent Saturday morning, I awoke to a pool or water surrounding my PS3 console. It had died. A leak in the ceiling had caused it to short circuit and goof out on me. Many tears were shed for it. No more could I vlast the senseless faces of Splicers in BioShock, Scream Aim and Fire in Guitar Hero or assassinate some templars in Assassins Creed. This was a terrible day. Until I discovered that by removing the power cable for a few hours, I could fix it. Thus reviving the console. This made me wonder, could the Xbox360 stand up to the torment that my console was put through? Then I decided probably not and got on with the rest of my day gaming
I am aware that yesterdays blog has caused somewhat of an "uproar". Now, i'm sorry if anyone was offended by my "pubicus minimus" joke. It was intended as a joke. I promise! ^_^. On to the serious stuff. I'm not going to bow down and swear my alligence to one console. All next-gen consoles have their strengths and weaknesses but each console is good for different things. The PS3 is basically one big media center with easy access to music, videos and photos. The Xbox 360 is your straight faced gaming console and good for groups of friends. The Wii (making a debut in my blog) is good for then younger gamer and the older gamer alike, with a wide range of different things to do. Now, I am neutral. All consoles are good but are weaker in some places than other consoles. So more comments / arguements / good veiws please. Jolly Bombing!
