It's for android (sorry iOS users, we'll get to you eventually!), free, and uses augmented reality. Essentially, it's just asteroids right now, but my team and I are planning to add in power-ups, enemy ships, and more to vary the gameplay as we release more levels. Right now we're most concerned about making sure we knock out the bugs and find any compatibility issues (we've already found out that Galaxy S4s don't like Unity) so that we can address them before moving on. Any feedback would be appreciated, even suggestions for what you'd like to see in later builds/levels.

There's a QR code in the video, pause to scan it and get the app, start it up, and point your device at the screen--then watch it happen. Hope you enjoy. :)

@i_smell: Ho ho! I see what you did there! It's actually a callback to my company's logo :)

Edit: If anyone has any further questions about anyone that's present on the flyer or just anything about the event in general (e.g. will there be food, wtf is gaems, etc) I'll try to answer as soon as I'm capable.

@mlarrabee: It is, what with the backwards E and all that, hinting at some sort of convention that might be going on at the time, as well as the venue we're throwing it at. (333 Live)

@pillclinton: Haha, understandable, and that's totally ok. Rob (Prod1gy x) is a nice guy and since he's at least more well known than our guys and also not performing, we thought we'd let him MC. :)

@pillclinton: He's a pro gamer and a friend of ours from PAX prime, he currently (?) holds some sort of world record in Gears of War and was briefly in the movie Noobz as well as a participant in Ultimate Gamer. He's a pretty cool guy once you get to know him. He streams on twitch and has over 9k followers and well yea, that's about it.

@walkerd: I'm sorry they don't meet your tastes, Fezhead is actually a new duo from one of the members of DBLCRSSD (if you're familiar at all) which I think was pretty well received at least here in So. Cal, but thanks anyway, I hope it'll be good. :)

@darthorange: Like I said it's just an invitation, I'm letting you know it exists because we literally just put it up today. E3 has a lot of parties, as do many conventions, a lot of them are closed to the public and there are some that are free. We wanted ours to be open to everyone, but we also can't afford to do it for free. It's not a plea, I'm not begging, but if you want to go to one of E3's after parties I'm letting it be known that you can come to ours. I'm not going to spam the forums everyday about it--it's just this thread here. I like you guys and I respect GB. I've been to parties at GDC and PAX and met tons of cool people, I think everyone should have that chance. Heck I even met the GB crew in Washington at a karaoke party that they were actually late to (and didn't get to sing), but it was awesome seeing them there.

I don't know how else to really talk about it. Hey guys, are you going to E3? What do you hope to see there this year? Do you know any good after parties to go to?

Oh? Well, this is a rhetorical question, but would it be better if the event were free? Or if someone who wasn't the actual person throwing the party came on and said "Hey guys, I'm going to this party for E3 is anyone else?" I mean, I am literally just trying to invite people to the party. If my topic needs to be locked and/or deleted that's fine, I just thought I would invite people from here since I enjoy Giant Bomb content and figured I wouldn't mind seeing some other GB aficionados at the party. My company is made of about 4 people, most of the people on that flyer are friends of ours coming to our event to help us throw a nice party. I'm not some corporate dude trying to viral this instead of spending our big bucks on "proper advertisement" I'm just doing the best I can do to get the word out there.

Alas, like I said, I mean no harm--if the post somehow offends your sensibilities I apologize--but you're all still invited. :)

@kishan6: That's kind of the idea of selling tickets man and like I said, it costs us money to throw the event so I'd hope you could see the connection. Did you have another concern I could address?

Anyhow, if anyone purchases a ticket and would like to be on the guest list so they don't have to wait in line just send me a message and I'll take your name down. :)

@1momosauky: Well it's marketing alright, I don't know why it would be "shameless" though. I post it in gaming communities I'm a part of because that's where I know the people I want to come are. Or are you insinuating it's shameless because it's not free? Well it costs us money to throw the party too, we just wanted to have an event the public could come to and maybe meet some people who might be industry professionals (of course I can't guarantee anything though). You can't have a party if you don't invite anyone--if you don't want to come, then don't come, no biggie.
