@yinstarrunner: No, someone making threats or acting in a threatening manner--genuine or not--toward someone who has been forced to flee their home for fear of rape and murder is not funny, not a joke. Grow up, start seeing people on the Internet as human beings and not avatars.

Also, if this is an elaborate prank, that means he's knowingly acting threatening to a person whose received a ton of harassment during the last half year, and that's actually worse than if he's actually unwell.

Guys, if this actually was an elaborate prank, do you know the lengths he would have to go to? The risks he would be required to take? That's clearly a totaled vehicle, so unless he just happened upon one and filmed himself kicking and screaming at it without highway patrol or emergency services hauling his ass off, he would have had to drag a wreck out there--risking a traffic jam and, again, attracting the police. If he was willing to go that far, then there is something clinically wrong with him.

And--again--Brianna has received innumerable rape and death threats for the last several months. YES she is going to take a clearly unhinged person making threats of violence toward her seriously.

This community can do better. Show some respect and empathy. Christ.

This UPF has been the most consistently hilarious in a while. Even Jeff is cracking up every few minutes.

I'd like them to keep this as their Lord of the Rings trilogy. The tension and mutual contempt for Dan is what makes these videos entertaining, and it's impossible to keep that up without Jeff literally murdering Dan on camera--which I was legitimately afraid was going to happen during that stream. And I don't think the third one would have been nearly as funny had Jeff not come up with DMX Goomba. They'd have to keep mining the games for weird little lore stuff like that.

Now, if Dan roped Danny, Alexis, Mary and others into doing this for the next Extra Life, sure. But it's clear that Brad, Jeff and even Drew have had enough. Hell, Jason was close to losing it and he was beind the control board for most of the show.

Hey guys, I just purchased the game on my PS4, but I must have accidentally backed out of the receipt menu where it shows the download start buttons. When I check my library it's in there but has the little download arrow next to it. However I can't download it from there--if I click on it it sends me right back to its page on the store--and a download option doesn't show up in notifications. What gives?

I'm a straight, white, cisgendered dude, so increased diversity doesn't benefit me in any single way. But it shouldn't, because I've been catered to all my life. When I see more diverse material, I see who it benefits: the women who comprise the majority of my close friends, the gay, lesbian, bi, queer and trans people I know, acquaintances of non-white backgrounds, etc. This isn't me saying "look how diverse my friends are," just demonstrating I can see diversity's impact firsthand. They get to see their stories, or aspects of their stories, realized, and more importantly recognized, rather than made to feel secondary.

And from a creative perspective, avoiding diversity and sticking to the same old stories is just lazy. I'm pretty much done following grim, grizzled white warriors like Talion, Joel, Michael de Santa. I feel a lot of those stories have been told to death, though some of them very well. I want something new.

I, for one, was super-impressed when Dan referenced John Brown while talking about Insane Clown Posse's ideology. Touche, sir.

Alex is my favourite duder, and as someone who struggles with depression his darker/self-deprecating content really resonates with me. Plus he sounds kind of like Paul Giamatti, so that's extra cool.

No idea how serious you were being with either your first post or your response, but you suggested that a depressed person should stop bumming us all out and keep their troubles bottled up inside. Criticism, even in the form of mockery, is the proper response to that.
