Damn HDTV's

Well guys this is the story of my HDTV and I. My first was a Samsung 32 LCD 720p. After a year I was not satisfied with my purchase. I wanted 1080p. My Sammy was very poor using HDMI. Smearing and all. I called the service center and they told me that was normal.
A the beginning of the year I bought an XBR4 Sony LCD 1080p. Took it home and it was perfect. HDMI looks AMAZING and a clean picture. One day a black line runs across the screen and the TV had to be repaired. Since then its never been the same. After a repair and 2 replacements this it what I have
As you can see that does not seem like a high quality picture. Top right and bottom left are brighter than the rest of the screen. I have tried EVERYTHING. Brightness down, Backlight down, Auto Light Sensor on and tried "messaging the pixels", a term I found on the net lol. I realized its only on dark screens and while playing in low lite rooms. I of course play in a low lite enviornment. This is driving me nuts. I mean if I wanted a Vizio HDTV I would have bought one. This is a Sony and its unacceptable, especially for the money I spent on it.
I thought I would let you guys know. Since it is buggy the HELL outta me I had to blog about it. I called Sony again and hopefully they will give me another option so this can get resolved once and for all.
