That's weird cause your monitor should be able to scale properly. Maybe check in the Nvidia control panel under adjust desktop size and position or change resolution to make sure those settings are correct.

Just a heads up for those who don't watch South Park any more the new episodes are totally worth checking out. The kids of South Park are preparing for a battle on Black Friday for new gaming systems Game of Thrones style. Not sure if the new South Park game is based on these episodes but if it is it will be hilarious.
