I dunno if it's being against character creators. It just never made much of a difference to me what my character looked like. Most of the time you're seeing the back of a head or helmet anyway. That said, I know some people *really* get into their roles. It makes sense that any game advertising themselves as role-playing should probably have a good character creator.
This game is a completely awesome (judging by the demo) but the draw distance is horrible... it pops up from like 5 feet away..... will it be changed in the final version?
No it won't unfortunately. [Link] I'm still picking up this game because I got it at a discount but this, the horrible camera and the awful UI are why this should not be a $60 PC game. PC was an afterthought.
The delay bugs me, maybe more than it should. I'm looking forward to any mod that replaces the horrid UI on the PC and clicks the choices we select with the mouse instead of the option two or three lines up.
Mouse and keyboard for life but this is one of the few games I may try with a controller. The left side/left hand, right side/right hand setup + force feedback made Bioshock a lot of fun to play on a controller and inspired Bethesda to incorporate it into Skyrim.
