I read a dozen comments or so and feel I got a good grasp on the scope of sentiments among the Giant Bomb community. I agree with most of them. Cosmetics are harmless. Performance "boosts" are unfair and crippling to a growing community. But what matters most is the quality of the game and the enjoyment of those that play it. And if the quality of The Taken King is representative of the content that would be funded by these micro-transactions, I for one am all for it. Let the Whales fund the fun!
