You are right, Street Fighter IV is fan-tastic. Frankly though, i can't play it unless im using a fighting stick. Are you just using a 360 pad?

Yeah, I mean the 360 pad is not as bad as previous versions of street fighter released on the console, largely due to the timing being opened up considerably. I'm getting more used to it as I go along, but I can't wait for my Hori EX2 stick to finally get here from amazon.
