Don't agree with the games line-up being the same between the 2 consoles. I definitely chose the PS4 above the Xbox because of Sony's first party line-up. And looking back it was 100% the right choice for me.
Sony seems to rather announce their titles at their own PS Experience than at E3. The games they showed looked pretty good, but it's the same line-up as last year (and Detroit and Days Gone still don't even have a release date attached to them!).
I thought the last 2 Sony conferences were absolutely awesome, but I must agree with most of you guys; this wasn't that great.
Looking forward to the VR titles, though and I will finally play Shadow of the Colossus it seems! Oh yea and God Of War looks crazy good!
- "No, but let's explore that when Kim is here, because he needs the XP and right now when you enter that cave you'll see some untextured shit before you fall through the ground.."
that last few minutes was great I was just sitting here yelling behind the rock
Yea I didn't catch it on the stream, but when I rewatched that part I saw the guy running from the trees to the rock and firing at Alex. Come to think of it, it was the only place he could've been.
Gameplay looks fine once again, but what I want is content content content. Not just 3 strikes and the same missions over and over again, but make it a Diablo-length campaign that lasts for 20 hours or so. With decent character progression along the way and then you enter end-game raids etc.
I think this game still suffers from a mediocre engine, where it is very time consuming to create and review content, so they end up with 'not nearly enough'. Also about the no 60 fps on consoles: Doom looks better, has a way bigger field of view, is faster and has as much if not more going on on screen in terms of effects and physics. There's no excuse anymore.
