I believe you can turn it off now, but you have to both trust them that it's actually turned off AND reboot to turn it back on so it's still horrible.

It's one of the two main reasons I won't play it despite being a huge counter-strike fan, the other reason being it doesn't support ultrawide monitors.

Game looks awesome. I assume destroying things is bad in terms of scoring, but that wasn't 100% clear. Also holy crap the last 20 minutes are painful.

The remorseless team killing was so fucked up.

The stupid categories were the best parts of the GOTY podcasts in 2017 and before. If the main reason for this format is to avoid negativity then I don't think it's very successful because they cut the stupid fun categories but kept the ones where people actually get angry at each other (like top 10 and most disappointing, which for the record I still like even when they are negative).
