Since wii game have quite a number of unique control and gameplay concept i've decided to make up a check list that can be used when ever someone is working on the concept page of a wii game.

Of course this list is a work in progress so if you have the feeling something is missing please leave a comment and i will add it to the list.

Controller options

• Is it possible for you to play this game using a classic controller? If so: Classic Controller support

• Can you plug in a gamecube controller and play this game? If so: Gamecube controller support

• Does the game takes uses of the Wii Balance Board? If so: Balance Board support

Wii specific features

• Do your created Miis appear in the game? if so: Mii support

Motion controls

• Do you aime the wii remote at the screen in order to play? If so: IR pointer gameplay

• Motion control

• Waggle

Online

• Does the game allow you to voice chat with other users using Wii Speak? if so: Wii Speak support

• In order to play online do you have to enter friend codes? If so: Friend codes

• Nintendo Wi-Fi

• Nintendo Wi-fi Pay and Play

• Double Wii Remote gameplay

Don't forget about Nintendo Wi-Fi Pay and Play its the new logo on games like Guitar Hero where you have to pay for extra songs. Not sure if that concept is added to giantbomb yet though.
