Not a whole lot but there has been a quicklook of just about every wrestling game too, Jeff is obviously a fan, along with Alex. Plenty of pre Dan talks of Wrestling on the Podcast too.
I'm not a fan of Wrestling either but all the above and Dan's interviews are the actual fun/dumb parts of Wrestling, the People / Characters.
While I respect Jeff's opinion, and he's right this is a "simple" game, but this is the one case where it seems like "the people" are so overwhelmingly against his view of this.
I know tons of people who play the "real" games and love this, tons who maybe played back in the day and love it and it seems even those who never played Pokemon are getting swept up in what is definitely "the hype".
I've yet to see a kid walking around with a phone and data plan catching Pokemon, it's almost exclusively been 20 - 35 year olds. I think Niantic / Pokemon company know this, why else have the OG 151 Pokemon?
The game's not even out over here and people are introducing themselves to me while I'm out and about playing it =S
