@buddysmokes: I would love to see them make another Tourist Trophy game. I did hear a rumor that Polyphony Digital laser scanned the Manx TT circuit. A Tourist Trophy 2 with the Isle of Man TT in it would be an instant purchase.
Ride did take a lot of inspiration from TT. They tried to take TT and mix in a bit of Forza as well I think. For me it was a good game, just not a great game. Poorly optimized, ran a little janky, microstutters, slowdowns etc. As @shindig mentioned as well, they pump these games out like no tomorrow and the quality just really isn't there. They don't support the games past the first patch either. Presumably because by that point it's been shelved and the next in the series is entering an Alpha build.
Milestone have been pumping out these games like nobody's business. I think they have 4 seperate titles now scheduled to come out. Ride 2, this seasons MotoGP game, Valentino Rossi the Game and now this Ducati 90th Anniversary Edition. Sadly the quality isn't really there. Ride was very poorly optimized in my opinion. Which is a shame because it would be cool to have a decent Motorcycle racing game... and Tourist Trophy 2 seems a long long way off ever being a thing.
