Hmm, no didn't try that. Does it tell you what the next song is when you're on that stat screen? A lot of the setlists are stuff like "random classic rock" or "random 90s" and as far as I know you don't know what song is coming up until it actually starts.

This weekend we were playing with a 4 player setup of vocals, drums, guitar, and keyboard. We were trying to do some road challenges but found the keyboardist almost always had to choose to play guitar/bass because the setlists typically contained some songs without any keyboard parts. The bummer is that if the setlist had a mix of keyboard enabled songs and songs w/o keys the choice was either:

A. Choose to play keyboard and sit out on the songs w/o keyboard parts
B. Choose guitar/bass and get stuck on guitar/bass even if one of the songs in the middle of the set had support for keys

Has anyone found a good way around this problem? How do you handle keyboards when trying to complete road challenge goals?

Worgen druid so that I can finally play a druid on my Alliance server without having to be a night elf. Also the eclipse mechanic for balance looks really interesting

Just a minor note:
 "I haven't experienced this yet, but from my understanding, in All Instrument Mode, or anytime a keyboard is present, a vocalist won't get scored."
I can confirm that over the weekend I played RB3 for a few hours with a 4 person setup of vocals, guitar, keyboard, and drums and I did get scored as a vocalist.

I haven't tried All Instruments Mode (not enough friends willing to play :P ) but from what I understand there's a technical limitation with the Xbox360 only being able to handle inputs from 4 controllers. If you have guitar + bass + keyboard + drums it can't also read the controller that would be needed to work in the vocalist, which is why it goes into the feature reduced "karaoke mode."

@Brendan:
I guess it comes down to personal preference, I would get bored without enemies. I enjoy feeling that the world is dangerous and my castle is my one light in the darkness.

Good point Shaggy. Maybe they can start by adding in proper keyboard support to the songs they already have in there. Tom Sawyer demands it!
