I actually dont get how national announcers can come off as biased for a certain team. I'm guessing that its mostly selective hearing thing as a fan because as someone who also watches other games who is not a fan of either team, I don't really notice it.

Man that Game 3 with great pitching performances by all the pitchers especially Tanaka and Chapman, it sounded like a soccer/college football match with the chanting by the crowd.

@instantryan: Yeah I was also planning on doing the subscribing to it for a month just to binge watch whatever good shows they have in their catalog.

It's not a great model for what they have on offer (it's essentially a $20 a month if you are paying for Prime monthly plus AnimeStrike). Kinda wish it was just already included in their Prime catalog instead of having it be a premium channel.

I actually watched the feature where they showed the first three episodes a few months back. It's definitely pretty. Looking forward to watching the rest of it.

Also I haven't been in the thread for awhile but I really don't like what Amazon's doing with AnimeStrike. Not sure if anyone here agrees with me. I'm able to afford it but honestly I still don't like the model at all.

Who would have thought that Mr. "I-pretty-much-have-the-same-height-as-this-guy" Altuve would have more homers than Judge. I know he gets a lot of hits but 3 HOMERS? Babe Ruth postseason numbers? Also if they were able to post numbers like that against Sale, not sure how well Boston is gonna hold up for the rest of the series.

As for the Yankees, they couldn't get a run off Bauer. Good luck against Kluber when healthy esp. with the season he's having. Indians' bullpen is still fresh they probably don't even need Miller and Allen tomorrow (probably didn't need to use both last night either ).

So who you guys got for the games tonight?

@rosesaredan: Yeah I'm a Cubs fan so hoping for a good series. Nats have an improved pen since they last saw each other in the regular season so its going to be a tough one for the Cubs for sure. Starting pitching hasn't been as great this season.

@dochaus:Yeah they have a very good chance of beating the Dodgers. IIRC, Yu Darvish hasn't really done that well in the postseason recently with the Rangers so there's a chance that the Snakes can steal a win on the road before heading back to AZ.

Didn't see any other thread being made in GB...or the forum search was still borked but this was the only one here that was a Megathread. Better to try this one instead of trying to make another one!

Yeah...not sure how the starting pitching is going to hold up against Cleveland. Cleveland's starters are much better than the Yankees and Cleveland has home field advantage with Carrasco starting a potential series clinching game 4, a guy they didn't have last year.
