I am looking to get into pc gaming but not necessarily build a pc myself. I do however plan on buying the parts myself, and getting assistance with the build and setup portion.

I am looking to have pc gaming to be my future setup permanently eventually and so I want this build to be somewhat high end, as I am simply used to console gaming. I am looking to play most current games at 60 fps and a good graphics upgrade over my current ps4.
I live in Canada and have a ballpark budget of $2300. The number one question I have about my build is what casing to buy. I am not sure what kind of case would work well with the other parts I've listed, or if it would be a big deal in the long run.

I keep a list of games I want in my lists. For some reason it will no longer allow me to add games to it, only concepts/persons/things. What do I do to fix this!!?
Whenever I try to edit my lists, specifically to change the order of placement of games on a list, when I click save list it forwards me to a 404 page and does not apply the changes to the list.
People can be dumb. Mcpixel is a small one man game with barely any sales. The creator only has to worry about paying himself. When a large or medium sized developer creates a game they need to worry about paying the entire staff. Piracy is for dumb thugs who don't want to give anything back to the industry.
It seems that EA is being very immature about the Battlefield 3 vs modern warfare 3 argument. I used to think there was nothing worse then cod fanboys but the rise of single minded battlefield fanboys is kinda sickening.
