Dragon Age for sure no question. It gives me a surprising amount of joy seeing modern warfare 2 lag behind here ;).  Getting a PS3 this weekend hopefully, uncharted 2 can prove itself to me then.

Nah i gave up reading reviews a while back. Video reviews and quicklooks all the way. Between here and gametrailers I find out about most every game. Metacritic definitely comes in when buying though.

If you're talking console grab Borderlands.  If its for PC i'd get Left 4 dead 2 because Borderlands for PC is a console port that needs desperate patching.

Metacritic is great for getting the feel of something. You can see if something is favourably reviewed, you can also see what users rated it as a seperate score and you have a convenient list of where all the reviews for something were taken from. Like everything on the internet you should never use just ONE source and expect it to be gospel, the site itself gives you access to ...

They've grown quick. They do things differently here. Endurance runs, mail openings, good reviews, the iphone app advertisement..... it all melds into something that works well ;)

Pass. Short single player (granted it looks exceptionally polished) and the multiplayer looks basically the same. Considering I place probably 10 other games multiplayer higher than Cod4 that's not selling me. Maybe when its half price or packaged with my next video card.

Maybe if Randys company had a PR department that actually communicated with the 1000's of annoyed and frustrated PC players of borderlands i'd find it easier to not knock him. But Borderlands desperately needs patching, no gamespy, no rediculous need for port forwarding which doesn't seem to have 100% success rate, a fixed menu system for the PC that is a direct console rip and which doesn't require editing of ...

Blizzard can basically do no wrong music wise. Diablo 1 and 2, Starcraft, Warcraft 2 and 3 for sure. Even WoW has a ton of good music and I truly believe people wouldn't fall in love with that world without it.
