i beat the game already i just want the portraits fast

if I use the cheats in campaign mode can i still unlock the portraits? 

i can't figure out how to turn true aim off and its reallly annoying... thanks

im in mexico right now doing Abraham Reyes Missions when do I get to go to the great plains?
