My first try in the JRPG genre was Lost Odyssey, which I didn't like at all. I decided to give the genre another chance with DQ. I'm happy I gave it that chance. What really stands out in the game, at least for me, is the story.

I bought this game by accident really. I was supposed to get the crazy hyped Picross 3D. I quickly glanced the cover and saw 'Picross' and a D on the cover, so I bought it without paying too much attention. At home I then realized that it was the wrong version. A great game still.

I'm not a big fan of the drug dealing and some of the touchscreen minigames are just annoying, but the writing and characters are great. It might not make you laugh out loud, but it's sure to make you smile.
