I'd love for Mass Effect 3 to have missions where you go to the home planet of all the major species and seek their help in assembling a fleet to battle the Reapers. While doing this you pick up squadmates. Having an Elcor squadmate would be absolutely incredible, So would a Hanar or Rachni. One of my favorite things about Mass Effect 2 was the loyalty missions, hopefully Bioware manages to one-up themselves with them in Mass Effect 3.

I was incredibly happy when in the first minute of Mass Effect 2 Navigator Pressly dies. That guy was my least favorite character in the entire series.  
But for Mass Effect 3 I'd rather not have back Ashley, Tali, Jacob, and Jack. I would have had them all killed in the suicide mission if I wasn't such a nice paragon.

I honestly hope that they add more variety to the enemies. I loved the first game, but it got terribly boring after I beat the Reapers and the Dusters when I realized that all the enemies were the same with a different costume. I also loved the idea of slowly taking the city from the gangs by doing side missions, hopefully that returns in the sequel.

Preordered collector's edition a week ago. Can't wait for this game to come out.
