A quick rundown of what is happening: 
It is a slim model.I turn it on as normal and flick through my TV sources,but the HDMI port channel it displays on is not coming up,meaning it isn't plugged into the TV properly,right? Well that isn't the only problem.None of my controllers are connecting to the console,even when syncing them.I haven't tried anything along the lines of fixing the problem just in case something else goes wrong.Any advice is very much appreciated 

First thing to mention,this isn't tied to just GB,otherwise I would've posted it in Bug Reporting.My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5520 model,and I'm using Chrome as my primary browser.The last laptop I had was also a similar model,perhaps a latter range one,but it never experienced this problem.Any video I watch on the Internet seems to be affected by a rather annoying shall we say hiccough that may or may not happen at certain intervals (haven't studied it too deeply).Covered basics such as making sure the latest version of Flash Player is installed and it can happen even with just a single tab open and no external programs running.The issue leaves me unsettled mostly when I'm listening to music.It isn't much to complain about but the flow of a song can cut off by the pause,and in relation to any video,say a Quick Look on GB,this jolt can happen anywhere up to 6 times through a basic 30 min video.So do the wise wizards of our community have any suggestions that do not involve throwing things out the window?

One of the Lairs of Romulus.It's the one in the Campagna district and it seems it isn't on ground level.I believe it to be located in some gaping arc but there is no way to get to it,not without parachutes at least,but I suck with those.I suppose a video would be more help than description since I'm not so handy with following traversal instructions.Thanks in advance.

Okay,and what the requirements for unlocking said track?

Really,PD.This is one of the most iconic "race tracks" in the world and I can't just freely race around it? C'mon!
