KillZone just didn't grab me like the rest of the games in the series have, i found the MP to be just a bore! i can't put my finger on what it is exactly that makes me feel that way but i just know that i really don't enjoy it one bit. As for the SP it's the first KillZone i haven't finished, after the first 2 days of wowing at the the visuals i found myself asking why the fuck am i even playing this when i'm not having fun.

it's really good! to me it feels like a more powerful 360 and i don't mean that in a negative way. they haven't added any crazy features or anything except for streaming, which is pretty fricken awesome if you can get ppl to watch. But overall it just does what the 360 did last gen, but faster and with more power. the inovation will come as they iterate on the UI and add new features, but as of right now it's clear the set out to just make a killer game machine and they 100% succeeded......Now we just have to wait for the games to come out , especially the first party games because they will be the ones to really take advantage of the power this baby has. I'm glad i got one and i'm excited to see what the future has in store for the platform.

with all that said tho i really hardly turn mine on, and the main reason is because most of my friends are on the X1 so that's where i spend a lot of my time. As time goes i really hope more of my friends pick up the PS4 because i absolutely love it, but i play games to be social with my friends and until they get the PS4 it will still be one of my secondary consoles.

compared to my PS3 the PS4 DL speeds have been a massive improvement for me. the only thing that i find unacceptable is that they still need to pull the store down every time it needs maintenance.

oh ya i'm having the same problem with both next gen consoles. they are both great but after beating everything and not having a ton of people on my friends list for the MP games i wanna play I've quickly grown bored with them both......so i bought a PC and it's opened up a whole new world of games for me because I've never had a good one. My only issue with that is i literally have 0 people to play games with on there so it's like a brand new arcade in the middle of the ocean.

well that sucks for you bro wish you had better luck with it, mine has worked around 90% of the time and can't imagine having the system without it. i was one of the people who didn't get kinect last gen and anticipated to hate it when i got it, but to my surprise i really like it. the way it interfaces with the UI makes navigating a through the UI a so easy.

it depends on the game.

Ryse- I played all the way through the campaign and never once felt like i wasn't getting enough xp in fact i thought they gave almost to much. the multiplayer i can't speak to that tho.

Forza 5- can def be a pain because of how the game is structured, but it also depends on how you play the game. For me it hasn't been an issue because i've been playing just the career mode and i've been going in order though the events and have had plenty of cash. i just reccently hit 1.3 million credits earned and it took me around 15 hours of gaming or so. but if you just want to get in there and drive high end cars then ya you are def going to need to spend some cash. turn 10 has addressed it and said the economy is getting fixed so that def shows it had flaws.

other than those 2, every other game i've played i haven't even noticed they existed other than normal DLC that all games have theses days

I also own both and try my best to be as non biased as i can, and i personally play my xbox more than my ps4 currently. Overall i like that the xbox feels like something new even tho it is a bit rough around the edges, but i feel like i can forgive them because i feel like they're trying more ambitious things. That's not to say that the PS4 doesn't feel new becuase it does but other than being stronger i feel like it's not doing much new at this point. The one big new thing it does is allow me to stream my games and i just don't really do that (mainly because i can't get anyone to watch lol) but other than that it's not doing anything different than what we had last gen, and that's not a bad thing because what it does do it does well. with all that said the reason i am playing my xbox more is a mix of 2 things and the first one is the most important. GAMES! I just really like DR3 and F5 those games just keep me coming back to the system because those are my 2 fav launch titles from either system. Secondly is at the moment my real life friends who got a next gen system went with xbox so when i game i have more people there to play and chat with so that makes the experience better overall.

this has just been a brief summary of why i like it and the reasons i do, i'm not trying to make an argument over which is better because i love them both. As gamers in the end it comes down to games and if you really want to play the games that are out now and there are some you want to get in the future for the console there's no reason to wait if you can afford it now.
