No, far from. Uncharted was Indiana Jones. The game closest to Firefly would probably be Mass Effect (even if Firefly's world is pretty different from Mass Effects).

It was really more of a joke than an actual suggestion, to be honest.

The game does open up almost exactly like the episode Out of Gas. And Nathan Drake is basically just Mal (there is a reason that people always point to Nathan Fillion to play the character when movie information comes out).

Chad has been doing silly, cute articles and puppy related stuff over at Destructoid before Giant Bomb was even a thing.

I think my entire team (Of 5, plus Zekrom) was around ~ Lv 50, and I didn't have any trouble at all. Maybe grind around Victory Road with the Lucky Egg to get a few quick levels, or something.

GiantBomb nowadays. I do sometimes check Destructoid or Siliconera, though.

I happened to be inside Twist Mountain when I started my game ('cuz I was getting my daily previous-generation fossil the day before), and walked outside and was really surprised. 
 
I can't really see any other difference anywhere else though, which is disappointing. 
 
I'm just really glad to finally get that Dowsing Machine reading in Iccirus city (the one that's literally in the random pit in the ground). I sat there forever a couple of weeks ago trying to figure out how to get it. Haha

It isn't really a "second playthrough", per se. Like all of the previous games, there are just more (different) pokemon in the wild once you defeat the Elite 4 and get the National PokeDex. 
 
There's a bunch of endgame stuff for you to do, but you aren't restarting the adventure with another level 5 starter pokemon, or anything like that.
