I've never played Battlefield but ive just had a quick google, and the screen shots of adverts are bad, they just look stupid.

I agree, if done well then they don't really cause problems. With TW 09, theres just an advert for swiftcover in a bright purple, its just looks tacky. As you say Scottishgamer it looks like a last minute rushed job.

 I was playing Tiger Woods 09 last night and I noticed an advert for swiftcover on every scorecard pretty much and that reminded me that also saw an advert for the job centre when I playing Guitar Hero not that long ago, (maybe a hint?), but anyway. I was just wondering what people thought about advertising in games. Whether adds a little bit of extra realism, or is just plain annoying? Personally I find it annoying especially when the games are fairly expensive and then have adverts in them. Do you mind playing games that have adverts in them?

Personally, I don't mind the games. Even if i am rubbish and get shot to bits on them, it's still fun. Wouldn't say i love the games, wouldn't say i hated them.
