I'd like to know somebody is responsible for the information they are releasing.  If it's info that's good for the general public then yea I'm for disclosing it, but if the information is going to hurt people, and cause tension between countries (possibly leading to war) then I'm not for it.

I have read some interesting articles about how the recent leaks are actually from the CIA in an effort to weaken certain Arabic political powers in the middle east.

I'm generally nice to people.  It's not like it really takes any effort.

Short answer yes, some games aren't as good as people claim they are.

There are several reasons a game is overrated, and I'll go through a few of em.

1.   A good first impression - Burnout is a prime example of this, and in my opinion burnout tends to be one of the most overrated series ever.  Burnout games start off pretty strong, and the first hour of gameplay you're thinking wow this is awesome.  Eventually you're going to find most the gameplay elements fairly shallow, and the novelty of wrecking cars in slow motion wears off.  Most reviews of the Burnout series are fairly strong garnering low 90 scores, but I'd say it's hardly a worthy title to have in your collection.

2.  Nostalgia/niche crowd - For most of us our childhood probably brings back our happiest moments.  Where we'd be too excited to sleep on x-mas, and practically wet ourselves over a new video game.  Games that tend to bring back that nostalgia get rated higher than their actual worth.  This also falls into the niche crowd problem where a game is perfect to a certain type of gamer, or demographic, but basically crap to anybody outside of the circle.  Sadly I'm going to use a game I've barely played and don't know much about because I know it works well for this example, and that's super meat boy.

3.  Artsy Fartsy -  Now there are two different styles of overrated artistic games.  The first is the "cutting edge graphics whore" award winner.  Most of these are only hyped up before release, and few people pay attention to them after words unless they're actually a good game (ie Crysis vs lair).  Then there's the "fine art" games which people tend to overhype.  A few examples of this are Shadow of the Colossus, Braid, and borderlands.  None of these 3 games are actually bad, but they tend to be overrated by fans who pretty much just rate the game on emotion.  These games look good, and are a lot of fun so obviously they're 10/10... which is not the case.

Anyways, looking up benchmarks for the video card in that laptop, led me to this site:
http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-4500MHD-GMA-X4500MHD.9883.0.html
bookmark that site if you're a gamer who will ever buy a laptop.  They have the best info on laptop graphics cards... most of which probably won't help if you don't know jack about pc gaming.  Well hopefully you can understand FPS, and that should give you a clue. :)

Also I like Toshiba Satellite's they're cheap and pretty durable.  My current one is about 5 years old, and only cost $500 and able to run windows 7 which replaced another that was about 5 years old and died due to electrical failure (not the laptop's fault).
