Don't know what it is but the choppy motion makes me feel off watching this :S sad cause its actually seems like a really interesting game.

Take a Canadian and American Same yearly Salary 30K USD versus 30K Canadian, the Canadian converts to 23,211.64. Approximately 7K difference now the American pays 349.99 where the Canadian 429.99. That 429.99 converts to 332.64 USD. So if we take only the USD amounts and do the percentage of what each person pays in USD.... As an American you spend 1.166% and Canadian 1.433% when your dealing with less than half a percentage difference with a constantly fluctuating market value of the dollar its really negligible.

Its all relative; and unless an American happened to already be in Canada at the time the 17.35 may not be worth the trip to Canada for the Console unless they were already headed north. This is of course barring the whole taxes thing where I live its 13% tax for instance.
