I'll put it this way, and I'm sure there are others out there like me: Currently I play Champions Online and the Star Wars Galaxies Emulator (pre-cu, baby!). With that said, I have enough on my plate as far as MMOs go, while DCU: Online certainly looks interesting thus far, I'm not sure if I'd be willing to commit to another subscription along with Champions Online, so really the chances of me getting DCU: Online is 50/50 with a subscription seeing as Champs continues to push out great new content and has a great community. However, if DCU: Online is announced to be free to play and they just release expansions and things such as that? I'll head over to GameStop today and pre-order it.
@Shadow: Personally I just can't stand the artstyle, and generally the storyline just comes across as unbearable most of the time in anime. Not too mention bad voice acting.

Wow thanks for all the responses guys! I SOMEHOW forgot to mention I also have Batman Arkham Asylum, Bioshock 1, and Mass Effect 1 (lol don't ask how I forgot about those AMAZING games). So I decided on GTA 4, Tomb Raider: Legend, and 1600 xbox live points for the new map pack for MW2.
