  • The "install" is a cache that deletes itself when you turn the game off.  Also, Uncharted 2, like Uncharted before it runs on quite possibly the best engine on the PS3.  That being said, I'd really like if Naughty Dog would allow for an optional install on their future releases, and if possible a patch for Uncharted 2, because it'd make my disc drive work less.

So...I'm guessing they started sharing the data, and it didn't work, so they're going back to the drawing board on it.

It's not going anywhere. "And having the President of the United States attack them gives them MORE ratings!  It also gives them credibility in an ironic sort of way.

  • I don't think the videos show this, but on the PS3 version of the demo, when it goes to cutscenes (Namely when you summon your Dog and the first one at the bottom of the stairs outside) are not in real time.  It seems like they just recorded the 360 version in 480p and stuck it in there as a placeholder.  And when you play it you know something's wrong ...

Cammy went up a spot! YEAH!  But alas, I care not for tiers as I am a casual player.

So for the past month I'd say I've gotten on average 3 hours of sleep a night.  I don't know what the problem is.  I just can't fall asleep, and when I wake up, I have the energy of a 2-year old for a few hours, and by the end, I feel more like my age, but I still can't fall asleep.  Maybe I'm developing sleep apnea or something like that.

Maybe it's just stress.  I don't know.  Rat problems, NAT problems, this whole Presidential election cycle and the economy.  Leaves me a bit on edge, and I can't seem to shake it.  Might be my bed too.  This new bed is perfect for me, and I feel energized when I get out of bed, but maybe it's making feel a bit too energized.

Lack of sleep...leads to rambling.

Why Mega Man:  Clearly an advocate of the 2nd amendment, Mega Man has twin buster cannons attached to his person.

Why Link:  Link has the uncanny ability to spawn money by cutting down bushes.  By sending him into the countryside, he could bring the country out of debt in a few short weeks.

I got BCR on the 360 because I had an abundance of points.  I will say that I noticed a lot of problems with the game including a lot of screen tearing.  Also, using the 360 d-pad on the map to go diagonally sucked ass.  Seriously, why is the 360 d-pad so terrible?  I think it's a good game, not an amazing game, and I think the new challenges are a real problem.  They seem rushed and over brutal.  The regular game difficulty on Normal for the most part it was okay.  But the extra stuff, such as going for Yasichis and the tunnels really took away from the experience for me.  Hence the review I gave it (some people call me trolls for buying a game not liking it as much as them.  What a shock)

"Of course".  Uncharted's definitely a game worthy of a 2nd playthrough, and so are most of my current PS3 titles.  If they gave trophies to Metal Gear Solid 4 (doubtful) I'd definitely go through it a few more times to get em.

Why Zelda?  Simply put, it's not what it once was.  An open world adventure game, where you could go anywhere and find many lost secrets in the land of Hyrule.  As the series has progressed however, it has become more and more linear, giving you less choice of where you could go and how you could do it.

You want that key that's just out of your reach?  You gotta solve this puzzle first.  You can't climb that stack of boxes or use your hookshot to get it either.  That'd be too simple and open and fun.  You want to go to a dungeon?  You have to go this one.  No, not that one.  THIS ONE.  OVER HERE! HEY! LISTEN!  On and on Zelda games have become more and linearity.  Zelda has turned into Mario and Mario has turned into Zelda.  Mario has become more about choice.  You want to go here?  Have 10 stars?  Sure, come on.  You don't have to come here, but you can if you want.  Mario has become more open than Zelda, which is honestly just baffling considering their roots.

The original Bionic Commando was heralded as one of the best and innovative games on the NES, and 20 years later, Capcom has looked to spark new magic with the franchise by remaking the original.  And with current standards of remakes, Bionic Commando: Rearmed for Xbox Live Arcade once again ...

Strong Bad’s Cool Game For Attractive People is a return for many people.  A return to a series they liked but fell out of, and a return to old school adventure games from the 1990’s that captured our hearts with clever writing and puzzle solving.  The premise of Episode 1 ...

The most polished game on the system (WII)
2007 was the year of trilogies. Some began, some ended. No console was immune to this, and none went quite the way Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for the Wii did. With innovate controls, an interesting and dark plot, and some of the best graphics seen on the Console, Retro ended ...
