My thought was always that Judge Dredd was just a dude but RoboCop was a cyborb. So he wins hands down.

Moments: every time Vinny and Jeff simultaneously scream in surprise, maxing out the mikes volume.

I can't see a use for strategy guides outside of pokemon.
