Where I live, beggars, and homeless people usually make more in a day than me, so, no. I rarely give to them. But we have a great program for drug-users who want to feel like they contribute, so they can buy a magazine for a little cash, and sell it for double. I usually buy one of these if the guy selling them isn't to pushy.
