Rational thinking isn't a sign of being a fanboy. They have both a e-mail address and phone number (800-311-0432) to use for billing support issues. If this was an emergency you would assume he would call the line and get this fixed, and not shoot an e-mail to a support address that thousands of people can be using at this high volume time. I work in Customer Support, and I hate people like the OP. Instead of taking personal responsibility and following up an issue he decides to wait and let someone pick up the issue for him. He doesn't get the prompt attention from sending an e-mail, so he creates a whiny thread. Whiskey Media seems to only have one dude for this, and he is super great at his job (I have had to contact him about stuff in the past), and they have 12,000 subscribers. Do the math.
Considering it was their mistake, I do want them to get back to me, instead of me constantly trying to contact them. That's using up my time for something I didn't do.
