Rational thinking isn't a sign of being a fanboy. They have both a e-mail address and phone number (800-311-0432) to use for billing support issues. If this was an emergency you would assume he would call the line and get this fixed, and not shoot an e-mail to a support address that thousands of people can be using at this high volume time. I work in Customer Support, and I hate people like the OP. Instead of taking personal responsibility and following up an issue he decides to wait and let someone pick up the issue for him. He doesn't get the prompt attention from sending an e-mail, so he creates a whiny thread. Whiskey Media seems to only have one dude for this, and he is super great at his job (I have had to contact him about stuff in the past), and they have 12,000 subscribers. Do the math.

Considering it was their mistake, I do want them to get back to me, instead of me constantly trying to contact them. That's using up my time for something I didn't do.

Whiny assholes? They charged my card even though I hit cancel. That's not whiny, that's wanting my money back for a mistake they did. If someone charged your card without you wanting to, I'm pretty sure you would do the same thing. And if someone hadn't responded to you in days because of this, I'm quite sure you would complain as well.

On Sept 9th I went to the cancel page to cancel my yearly sub. Instead of it cancelling, it bumped my renew date by one year. I then emailed support about this, and have yet to hear from them. Then on the 12th, I get an email saying I've renewed, and they've charged my card. So I had sent another email yesterday morning, and still have not heard from them. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on here? I want the charges on my card reversed. I hope someone from support is reading this because I am going to call you guys tomorrow if I do not get an email soon. If I find that my charges do not get reversed, I am going to issue a charge back.
