yea same here about the combat, as your block and dodge skills go up do you get better at doing those things? or do i just really suck at it? cause i cant block anything
hey LocoRocker thanks for sharing that link with us. It sounds like you would have had an awesome time. those arent exactly the shirts i was looking for... but i must say they are pretty sweet. and they're really getting me excited for the upcoming release!
i just got to the day the fire elemental appears, and so far im saying im enjoying it. its worth the several years ive waited for it. the part that impresses me is the option to turn on a parser for dialog. didnt expect that i must say, quite a good addition
i do remember reading in early previews that children wouldnt be in the game, so you couldnt kill them and become a child killer like in fallout 1 or 2. haha i also remember some fanboys wanting to boycott the game for that exact reason. but i read in one of the gamespot previews that they did a quest for a child, and he called them an a-hole lol so who knows.
but anyway theres ghouls (people whos skin has been melted and mutated due to extreme radiation), mutants(super humans mutated from exposure to the FEV virus by "The Master" play fallout 1 so i dont spoil anything) , and aliens (i remember them being in the hull of the oil tanker in san fransisco in fallout 2, but dont remember if they're in the first one) in the fallout universe, though mostly you'll fight other humans
you can also play the first fallout and planescape torment on gametap. its only 99 cents for the first month of a gold membership better deal than you'd ever find on amazon/ebay
