I'm pretty sure Fallout 4 DOES have a tutorial for VATS. When you're in the vault and you see the radroaches a thing in the corner pops up telling you how to use VATS.
Oh man the advertising in this Bombcast looks really really bad after that episode of Last Week Tonight. Dave Lang's endorsement is really particularly cringe-worthy.
I found a woman travelling the wasteland with a brahmin. She was offering to sell it to me. Except whenever I would talk to her she would start walking away while in conversation. As soon as she got far enough away the conversation would just abruptly end. Her dialogue would cut out and she just kept on walking. I had to restart that conversation 10 times because she kept walking away.
Dexter became so atrocious immediately after season 4. Kept watching to the end, it only got worse and worse. Lithgow delivered on the best that could possibly be done with that show's concept and format.
So where's the split console/PC review for Arkham Knight? If FO4's tech issues are enough to drop the rating from 4 to 3 for consoles, then there should have been a PC version of the Arkham Knight review that dropped it from 4 stars to 1.
both jeff and dan played B:AK on PC and didn't have major issues. That's the thing with PC games. No matter how broken they are you'll always find someone who's saying ''worked fine for me''.
That's because with most AAA PC games you can buy your way into a better experience. Having a super expensive overpowered PC will run almost any game with good technical results. It's a brute force method that makes poorly optimized games run beautifully.
@teddie: Lighting from what I've seen in leaked footage and trailers looks greatly improved. I don't know what it was about the last 2 Fallout games but that lighting always gave me nausea.
Quiet's scout command is so useless. Even if you send her to scout out the same area multiple times she will never spot every enemy. Have her at 100% bond and she's still missing tons of enemies. Why even have that command in the game? It only serves to frustrate the player.
btw, I'm pretty sure her humming is an audio cue that lets you know she's locked onto a target and ready to fire. I think the humming stops when she has no target or when she's busy doing something else like moving or scouting.
What is this overbearing parenting stuff with Halloween candy? I first went trick or treating when I was 2. When me and my brother got home we separated it, my mom would look through it, toss out any opened stuff, and then we'd get to take the whole bag and go to our room with it. Freedom! We burn through it in 3 or 4 days and it's done. Not a big deal, don't over analyse it.
