This game is a real bummer. It's pretty much in every way worse than Salt and Sanctuary. Crafting healing items and ammo. no more parrying. having mages run mid-fight and needing to chase them down m...

The best thing about Unpacking is the penultimate level. Her boyfriend didn't make space for her, made her move all her stuff in and find places for it. Even afterwards all his stuff is gray and bori...

The problem with Children of Morta is that all the melee characters are terrible and you can't just play the archer daughter the whole time because it makes them stay home if you use them too often ...

  • LavenderGooms posted a message on the post Janina Gavankar announces new show produced exclusively for Giant Bomb.

@cocowawa: Google should have brought up her IMDB, but various guest spots on this website, Battlefront 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Far Cry 4.

I don't really get it, but if it's a one-off experiment then it's an ok try. This kind of satire isn't sustainable for multiple episodes though.

My introduction to video games was when I was around 10 years old. My mother and I were leaving our apartment when the guy who lived next door came out and asked if I had a video game console. We wen...

Weird that that one video the host kept saying father's father's father's father's...When mother makes more sense. Who cares what the father was up to.

  • LavenderGooms posted a message on the post Bak 2 Skool 02: Space.

The important thing about the Observable Universe is that the edge of it is the limit we can see because there has not been enough time since the big bang for light to have traveled any further. It's...

  • LavenderGooms posted a message on the post Dan Ryckert and Jeff Bakalar are going Bak 2 Skool!.

Feels like Bakalar is the last person i'd choose for this. Incredulous and mocking Bakalar is the least enjoyable form of the Bakalar. Someone who'd try to explain things to Dan would have been nice....

Having the greaves, gloves, and helmet off during the dogs+fire bomb segment would have meant he'd have died instead of escaping with a sliver of life. Fast roll only matters if you manage to roll in...

Drew, while being a fraction of a percent as cool.Generally quiet, but always ready to slip in a bad joke/pun at the slightest provocation is the primary reason.

  • LavenderGooms posted a message on the post A Relaxed Friday Stream 05/14/21.

Dark Alliance, Champions of Norrath, these games all had the booble jiggle characters. I guess it was a mandatory feature of the engine, there's surely no other explanation.

  • LavenderGooms posted a message in the forum topic Ever stopped playing a game because you just plain sucked at it?. on the General Discussion board

Celeste, oddly enough.I was so terrible at it I couldn't progress at all without turning on all the assists. But then it was literally effortless, basically just straight-up flying through the levels...

@dijidiji: As someone who played 300 hours of Stellaris and then found the UI changes they made to be incomprehensible, I have to disagree. I can't play one of my favorite games anymore because they'v...
