I'm still really shocked at the amount of bashing diablo 3 is getting. I assume it's mostly people who played diablo 2 and loved that game. I never played any of the previous diablo games and I consider diablo 3 to be a fine and fantastic game. People need to realize that not every game is going to blow your mind and look at it for what it is, another game. The combat does well, finding loot is awesome, and the story and lore of the game are still interesting even for my third time through. Instead of sitting here for the last 2 months whining about how this game isn't diablo 2 is just annoying, because your right, it's NOT diablo 2, its diablo 3 and therefore does not have to have any attachment at all to the previous in any way.

that being said, I can't wait for the next patch as I hope it will fix the latency issues. :)

I know it came out in 2008, but after watching the endurance run I'm psyched about playing it! After never finishing the third one, mostly because I felt its dry humor, and never ending angst coupled with it extremely long game play was going to cause me to lose my mind, The great story line and character development in the 4th installment was a very refreshing change and has caused me to want to play this game myself.

On another note, I read about another game in the shin megami series called Nocturne. Now after reading some lengthy reviews both on GB and other gaming websites, I was wondering about feedback from others that have played this game. Is it worth it? The story line of having to save the world from ending, changed to the world has already ended seems fairly interesting and right up my alley. However, before I invest my money into it, would anyone recommend it?

on playing my DS games. I finally finished the first professor layton game, and got to cracking open the next one, unwound future. I have to say that I'm enjoying this one more than the first. The puzzles seem more interactive and make more logical sense. The story in this one is much better as well, having many components, rather than just a monotonous droning on about the same thing. For now, that's all I have to say since I'm only three hours into the game...

Oh man, I loved the quick look of BTTF, I was reliving the nostalgia of when I first watched that movie! Question though, what platforms is it available on? I find it to be quite a charming game with the accuracy of the settings and art style.

Then there is Stacking! Man this game is so nice looking, and being a sucker for charming art style coupled with puzzle games, it was only fair that I fall in love with it. Any thoughts on the pros and cons of the game though? I think that while I would love it, I'd often get frustrated with it and continuously walk away from it, and more than likely never finishing it. Any other inquires?

That's pushing it a little, the game was based around the design for kids anyway. Personally I think the fact that they were able to create a world of fabric and make the player feel like they can touch said fabric is an achievement  all on it's own.

The only downside to this is the fact that many people listen to it while working on some other task, that way they can listen to the crew and laugh while still being productive. If there was a video, people would feel compelled to sit there and watch it.

I don't know what type of games your looking for but cut the rope, 0.03s, and trainyard express are some nice little puzzle games that you can play. I'm not sure if they are all on the Ipad, but they could be.

I think they're fine.  A lot of people will tell you that you need a gamepad to play this kind of game, but as someone who has A+'d every level I've played and beaten The Kid's warp zone levels using the keyboard, I say that's nonsense - the keyboard is perfectly competent.   Unfortunately, there is no key binding customization yet, so if the two native run/jump control schemes in the game feel awkward for you, you have to either use a key mapping program or just get used to it, for now.

The game does support the 360 controller, if that's more your speed.  Just use whatever you find most comfortable.

"
I agree , it WILL feel awkward at first, but you will also get used to the keyboard.

Even though I know that Pokemon will continue to go on for as long as the franchise will make them money, because they have obviously gone into a creative funk, along with the fact that Ash still seems to be 11 and continuing the same kind of journey that began this whole thing in 98' ; Does anyone else feel that maybe they should scrap all characters and whatnot that they have now and start new? This way those of us who grew up with the beginning of the series can feel better and not see a fun show /game franchise that we loved continue to go further into the ground?
