Modern Warfare 2 does some pretty good surround emulation if you're using a stereo headset. I have Dolby Digital Live and an A40, but I've resorted to turning off DDL/Surround processing and just running it in Stereo in MW2 since the surround emulation is so good.

Wow, I understand now. I thought he was talking about the "Steam account already in use error." 
 
Anyway, listen to Matty since it does seem like a site error now that I take a second look.

Bug reporting is for bugs with this site. 
 
Try exiting Steam, then delete everything but Steam.exe and \steamapps\ in the Steam directory. You might want to keep \config\ as well if you care about your favorite servers/history. 
 
Steam should reinstall itself the next time it is run and that should fix the issue.

We'll get to your tickets as fast as possible. Just submit one ticket for your issue (first in first out, don't bother trying to spam us to get bumped up the queue) and categorize it under Account Questions > Hijacked account.
 
If we're giving you free stuff, we either put it in your account (ala free weekends and the L4D2 demo) or we use a steam:// link. None of this "sign in here to get 3 free games!" Those are all fake.

AC-130 is more epic, but I always get more kills with chopper gunner.

Well maybe looking at Model-View-Controller (MVC) might get you started.

Infected you have to get knifed by an already Infected player wearing the title. It's a viral title.
 
There's also the STD title, which you gain by knifing somebody wearing the STD title.

You get Toxic for getting nuked, which uses the same background.
