That's an example, but what I was saying was do we consider the Koopa from the Mario Sports games a character or just a concept. He's a member of the Koopa race, but is a playable character. You can also generally play as Red Koopa or Green Koopa.
So we're saying Koopa is a concept because he's a common enemy. Should there be a separate character page for the Koopa that's a playable character in all the Mario Sports games?

If we submitted a new page that has since been added by someone else what happens to our images? For example I created a lightsaber and a Toad page, but those edits went through from someone else. Will the images uploaded with the page still possibly be approved or do I need to upload them to the existing page?
I would consider them to still have Saiyan blood. Remember though according to the series, the potential for the Saiyans power is related more to the father's power level at the time of conception.
