Maybe I can inspire some people, who knows?

You cut the meat before you cook it.  It's precut, not precooked.  You can get preformed hamburger patties in the meat section, too.

You can get pre-cut fajita meat.  You can even get it premarinated if you want extra flavor.
Plus, you could argue that mixing the ground meat with spices, onions (if you're so inclined), and forming the patties takes just as long as cutting a steak into strips.

"All this talk about fajitas and enchiladas are taking away from the real reason they can't compete.
They take way more time to make meat get in my belly that a hamburger does.

I'd write it up on my board here and show you a graph where the amount of work and time in preparing a fajita/enchilada versus a hamburger would debunk all your theories thereof. But I won't. Cause I'm too busy speedily getting a hamburger."

Actually, fajita is the cut of meat.  They used to only use skirt steak.  White people came along and felt they could put chicken and seafood in a tortilla and call it the same thing.
Just like a hamburger.  It used to mean ground beef cooked a particular way and now it means a bun filled with said patty and other stuff.

I'd never eaten one until a few months ago but my parents always talked about them.  If you've never been to one, it's an ice cream shop with a burger counter and they also fit in a little grocery store in the back.  I'd compare the burgers to Sonic and (from what I remember of the one time I've been to one) In-n-Out.  They only come in 1/3 lb. and 1/6 lb. variants, so they aren't very big, but I guess they want you to buy a big shake to fill you up the rest of the way.  Fries suck.

I'd say that if you're looking for a big ol' greasy man burger this isn't the place to go.  It's the only fast food place close to my house so I end up going there more often than I'd like.

I do if it's a place that I consider to be a dessert place first and foremost.  Like a Sonic or Braum's.

Well let's see...

We got bread, we got veggies, we got cheese, we got some kind of sauce.
One has a patty, one has strips, but that's cool because they have different mouth delivery methods.  I don't see how people say the fajita/taco/burrito is awkward to eat, you must wear Velcro shoes if you think that.
